That's smash failing to load the correct external graphic for his sword trail and switching to the default trail. It's probably a BrawlEx thing, which may or may not be fixed by the version switch in 4.0.

Two player home run contest doesn't work at all in 3.Q, but that will (probably) be fixed in 4.0.

Ah, was hoping that it wouldn't be a totally random glitch. Also, how does it crash (loud/silent, sss/ingame, directly selecting battlefield or random, etc)? As for alt stage icons that's a good idea and we could possibly do that quite easily.

I don't think so, although I've never encountered that bug so I wouldn't be sure. It sounds like it has something to do with the my music freeze, so I'd suggest just running the fix and seeing if that stops it from happening

Ah, I just checked and the 2.x.6 download in the B- archives isn't set up for hackless. You'll need to copy the folder private/wii/app/rsbe/st from a hackless version of minus (3.Q should work) to your 2.x.6 SD card in the same location in order to use smash stack.

Are you able to use 3.Q hackless? If you are, load 3.Q onto you SD card, delete the codes and private folders, and then copy the codes and private folders from 2.x.6 onto your SD card.

Yeah, the .elf file in your root is what smashstack loads, so without that nothing should happen. You can probably grab the .elf from any other version of hackless minus and it should work.

Do you have a .elf file in the SD root?

In order to play Minus online using Dolphin you have to build a Minus ISO and use Dolphin netplay. Afaik in order to play Minus off an ISO you'd need to modify the filepath BrawlEx uses to properly point to files on the disc rather than on the SD card and then use an ISO builder...

It should be possible for a virtual SD card to become damaged if there's some sort of write failure or the drive it's on becomes damaged. Is it on an external drive by any chance?

Try using hook type AXNextFrame, that's what I use and I get no problems at all.

Yeah, there are probably ways to have both on the same SD card and switch them on the fly using your Wii, but the easiest thing to do is to just switch the gct files when you want to play one or the other (RSBE01.gct under codes, I believe, if you're not familiar with Wii mod file trees)
