    4.0 will probably release before March. There's only a handful of things left to do at this point, but given the challenging nature of designing, implementing, and testing some of those things we can't quite give a solid release date yet. Progress is being made though.

    No guarantees, but I actually wouldn't be too concerned for Falco, and if possible ROB's side b will keep most of what made it fun without being quite so frustrating to play against.

    Well what sort of work are you interested in doing? If you want to do moveset stuff then the best thing you can do is probably to go through the opensa wiki and maybe mess around with a hex editor/psa to get the feel of things.

    Well literally every character in project m can reflect projectiles via perfect shield, so depending on how that works it may not be too hard to extend that to individual moves.

    Er, yeah actually, I hadn't actually realized he existed. It would be nice to get an actual stance-based character in brawl, I think that's one of the few character types missing.

    I had a great idea for Deoxys where it would rapidly switching on the fly between the forms gaining different strengths and weaknesses from its different forms. And then I realized it was already a pokeball in game :(.

    The most op version of Kirby at any point in minus history was probably one of the pre-1.0 versions where tilted f-smash and bair killed at 50%, dair was a proper meteor smash, and he had insane aerial mobility, although to be fair I haven't really been around for all of Kirby's minus iterations.
