well there aren't very many moves infernape is known for that aren't already in: lucario already got close combat, charizard already got fire spin, i don't know what you would do with acrobatics, etc. XP it's just that he wasn't a very KEY character in his games, and his games were never re-visited to bring a reason to specially acknowledge his generation
...if you wanted to go with less appreciated pokemon from strong titles, you could go with Sceptile, which is from everyone's favorite generation.. but personally, i had an idea to make there be "un-evolved starters" as one pack that can still swap with down B, and then individual fully evolved starters with mega evolutions... speaking of which, KingJigglypuff, the expert hacker who has almost just finished the solo charizard with mega evolutions PSA, is joining the Minus team as a Dev
so something like this is totally possible, and i'd prefer having the other two solo pokemon be blastoise and venusaur because they both have at least one mega, so they still have a chance to match up, and they could use the same bones for their movesets... maybe if this is done, then the un-evolved trio (or medium evolved like charmeleon wartortle and still ivy) could be from another generation, like X and Y or Ruby and Sapphire... ...anyway, there are several pokemon who could make it in, and who have a much stronger argument to be put in than just Infernape alone..
and like i said, lanky may seem like the best single kong to represent the 64 crew, but even that wouldn't mean that he
alone can do it
he's on par with tiny, in my opinion... they both have very diverse moves, and tiny would be just as good at representing the franchise
and like i said, battle krush'a is an option too, and as the only villain suggested, is a pretty good one.. the only argument i can see with him as that he may not be as well recognized
...but i still think that dixie has the best chance, with tiny as an alt... then maybe lanky could get a chance, but my vote is for more female kongs who are more present first
