It varies in strength from character to character I think. Play lvl minus Kirby and lvl nine Kirby. HUGE difference for me. Lvl minus Kirby sucks balls.

Does turbo mode really make a difference in minus? We have a lot cancels already so I'm not sure that we benefit that much. I HAVE to think that it isn't balanced for minus either.

Nah bro. It's all about the first explosion. That is the counter you should be using. Trying to hit with the second one will leave you open. With the first one, you are almost TOO safe.

What? It works perfectly for me! I was using pm launcher. Then I just added the minima launcher to apps folder and works great! Loads minus super quick.
