dont confuse fall speed with weight. If we nerf ROB, we have to super nerf lucario I'd tweak him a bit. The fsmash laser seems ridiculous. Id increase charge time for gyros. (In return let them stay on the stage longer.) Decrease the 3rd jump height. Make dsmash take a bit longer to come out.
