The majority of these changes are fine, but it does seem like a pretty bare patch at the moment. The one change I can't see the reason for are the changes to Fox's Shine. Even in 4.0b, Shine knockback could be canceled ridiculously early, and now it got worse? EDIT: I also agree that Sonic's...

Don't remove Rollout to Rest unless you buff Rest. Or Rollout I guess. You should make Rollout like Shine!

Also, give sing a wind box against areal opponents.

Give Puff her jumps back, hive her Melee Rest (but a bit weaker), but remove her Rollout -> Rest. Cause that's dumb.

His U-Air and B-Air seem to have no knockback at all, and link into each other very well. But his B-Air seems to have close to no use, as in most situations his U-Air is better. Could we gat a B-Air that kills of one that does a bit more knockback? That would be better. If I missed something...
