The thing about it, is that the blast lines are big for a normal Smash game, but they aren't scaled to reflect the increase in power every character received.

This is less of an issue of the stages being smaller, but every character is stronger and kills at lower percents, and for some characters bigger. The stage just didn't scale with the characters.

You will need to download the netplay build, and it comes with dolphin, besides that all else you need is to download a Brawl ISO. That will be the biggest download. If you are planning on using a controller you will also need to find and download a driver for it.
