I thought it was "Ness Ness Ness Rocks!"

In Earthbound / MOTHER 2, Ness's signature move is "PSI Rockin'", IIRC.

Now that I've resumed play of EarthBound, I realize there is no PSI Rockin. All I could find was PSI Aether.
