With the recent gravity changes, there are probably some jank infinites yet to be discovered. However, as far as I'm aware, the intention is to remove them when possible.

Well, the limiting factor is whether or not a character's dash startup slowed them down or sped them up. The latter allowed for a useful DACUS, the former made for something not far off of a standing up smash.

Ah, yep, that was supposed to be PM I was referring to. Ganon does have a DACUS in Minus though. I haven't experimented with using the alternate dash attack to do it, but I imagine that one is even better. (What with Gerudo Dragon giving more of a horizontal boost.) Sonic has an amazing one...

I'd say it's pretty hard to confuse the two characters. It's like saying Link is ripping off Marth because they share a sword-based Dair spike.

And Minus made DACUS a universal sort of thing, so even Ganondorf can do it! Hard to space, but that thing is crazy.

Project M Ganon is my jam, lately. He feels like a true king of evil, and he's not awful like in Melee. I'm really looking forward to the crazy shit in Minus 4.0 though! Could always use more purple fire and evil monarchy.

I imagine Pichu has been heavily modified for 4.0.

There is one, but I think it could be improved on. I can move on to something else to save the effort, anyhow. I have some ideas for Samus.

For anyone else having trouble finding the files from kc-mm, this website is a good solution.

Neither of those files exist in my Brawl Minus 3.Q folder. I'm using the homebrew version. I ended up finding the texture files through an external resource, but without fitfox00.pcs it'll be difficult to preview them. Maybe I'll try re-downloading Minus. EDIT: Interestingly, my only .pcs files...

I think it'll be fine. I wasn't sure about it at first, switching from brawl to melee, but I think once you get used to it it makes the combo game a lot more natural. You don't need to apply fistfuls of hitstun to make strings happen.

Running into an issue with the Fox folder that I didn't run into while making textures for PM. Namely, the FitFox.pac file only seems to include models and textures for Fox's effects. I'll dig around and see if the main textures are elsewhere.

Is there a way for Minus to use the Melee Fox model as an alternate like Project M does with the Clone engine? If so, I recently made a yellow palette version of that texture. I haven't done much texturing in a bit, but I'll see what I can come up with. I've ideas for Squirtle, Fox...

It should work exactly like modding Brawl or Project M. You'll need BrawlBox, which you can get on kc-mm, and you can simply replace textures as normal. Unless BrawlEX fucks everything, but I don't think it does.
