I suggested exactly that at smashmods. Then the move got put to the current input. I actually have no issues with it though. I can do the move instantly. I can do it before you hear the homing attack start up.

Dthrow true combos with upb sometimes and leads it can chain grab. It's okay if he loses this though if helm splitter can actually spike, or if the move deals high damage and no knockback.

Those moves slash because she scissors them, hence cutting. Not hard core like swords, but if you did that to someone, they would get cut. I like buffing barbs and down taunt. I'm not sure she actually needs budding though. Her dair is kinda spammy.

That sounds like it could work. It would be cool if his partners could be used, but he may have enough moves from his game anyway. I would try reaching out to some badges like fire drive.
