Well... considering the really low startup of both of those Fairs, I'd imagine your reaction time would have to be extremely on-point to perform the move you want 100% of the time. Or revert Fair and have it be an alt UpB. It'll make more sense that way.

The grab itself is hugely risky and has super-long endlag, yes. Full disclosure; I play against a Shiek-maining friend. I WILL have bais against Shiek. Shiek is good for a good number of reasons... more than simply those 3 attacks (but they certainly help). Her UpB feels totally unpunishable when used correctly. Her Fair and Uair are both amazing KO tools...
