I agree that Doc is redundant and I don't support him, simply because I'd much rather have someone like Lanky Kong. However, I just thought I'd make a moveset so people could see how he *could* look.
Repeatedly doing it forwards is called foxtrotting.
Dashing back-and-forth during the start-up animation is dash-dancing, a melee-age mindgame tactic to make it impossible to tell what you're going to do next.
Theoretically it's possible, since there are 0 frames of ending lag on side-b, you can start a new one. It is literally impossible to move the control stick from side to side in one frame, though.
Yes to the first, yes to the second, but only insofar as he only has minor variations. (if you get that you win)
In other words, he'd play very similarly but with Brawl- tweaks (like his new up-b and down-b).

There's a thing we definitely didn't know about Brawl-
EDIT: When accidentally leaking something, just say "oops, my bad" and no one will know that it was actually a leak.
He is talking about Foxtrotting, yes. You can dash-dance with side-b but it's extremely difficult. Unless you mean you want the start-up of side-b to have a period where you can reverse the direction.
