Squirtles anything. Almost every move outranges or has faster startup. Honestly it doesnt matter if you're on air or ground, just play keepaway

aggro squirtle is one of those minus characters that can be melee fox fast. Jiggs is bad against speed and has to turn every single punish into a stock

Pretty much Im finding captain falcon to have a "golden" percent just like jiggs. At 57% almost every move he has will KO from the edge of FD. Including the godly fthrow.

Minus is to be broken but balanced in context. Pretty much every minus character would whoop the crap out of their PM, Melee, brawl, and 64 counterparts.
