I dont think there's any denying that it would have more utility than gandouken. Balance may be an issue though. Flame Choke tech chasing with Dorf Train sounds devastating!

That honestly sounds much more Minusy than the current WP. I'd be cool w/ it if he only had Dorf Train when grounded. He's already got Flame Choke to propel him in the air for recovery. They could make Dorf Train replace Gandouken! That'd be SOOOOOO much better.
