I was reading the description and was hyped for Mew. Raichu is acceptable though. Should have buffed IASA frames on Yoshi usmash [only BC and I know how broken that would really be]. The SHORYUKEN would actually be cool, but copyright issues. Link's jab still too slow.

That would be a physics delay, so I think your character maybe takes 2 frames to start dashing, not one? I'd have to go watch the technical details, but it's not a buffer.

It IS possible to space Lucario dair to meteor people - I usually land it most easily by hitting them with the very tip of the dair, often while double-jumping. This way my momentum carries me out of range of the second hitbox and they get meteor-smashed.

No. Buffering means you act the first available frame IF you are in the lag of another animation [a throw animation, free-fall, another attack, whatever]. You can press A at ANY TIME during the side+b to interrupt it. So there is ZERO way to buffer this action - it must be timed precisely...
