Yes they do if it's something they never seen. Gimmicks are always goring to get everybody because it's a byproduct of building tech for characters.

Like I suggest ICs to be OP in terms of cast... It isn't just ICs though. Everybody needs to be buffed again with something interesting things. Right now generally, everybody is slightly better than vbrawl MK, that's pretty average
