mmh It's not necessarily that Peach became too good because of her buffs, it was the hitstun change that made Marth bad.

Gonna be brutally honest. The single most drastic change in a single matchup from 3.Q to 4.0b: Peach/Marth. Easily from +2 for Marth to +2 for Peach.
