G&W's Judge randomly disappears

Randomly when playing, I am unable to use the move. Sometimes it takes a while for judge to disappear, sometimes it happens after I use it only a couple of times. Anyone know why this happens?

Gdub's bucket , if filled by a projectile, renders Judge unusable for the rest of the game. It's being fixed for 4.0f

Does this mean it's unusable only when the bucket is filled, or unusable at all after it becomes filled?

If GW fills the final part of his bucket with a projectile (not by taunting) he will only be able to use Judgement once more for the rest of the game.

See, this makes no sense, because I only fill the bucket by taunting and it still happens.

It's really easy not to notice, but if you manage to do that and can produce a replay I would really love to see that so I can fix the issue.

I cannot produce a replay, as I only play on my friend's Wii.
