    Matchup Chart

A tier list wouldn't be very useful or accurate for Minus. There aren't enough (vocal) players on the forums to be able to fully explore all the characters in depth enough, as well as the frequent updates which would change everything around every few months even if something were to surface.

    Most satisfying move

Falcon Punch. Whether it be a completely random shot that happens to hit, a perfect psychic tech chase, or a YOLO flying offstage completely (un)necessary, nothing else quite has that umph to it.

    Stages of Brawl Minus

I have nothing against fun, irregular, hectic, off the wall or otherwise ridiculous stages. I just singled out FF because it literally makes me want to vomit

Jump goblins. When you're recovering, and find that you're missing your air jump(s). These are the assholes who stole them.

    Stages of Brawl Minus

I try not to, but sometimes it gets picked for online when I have no say in the matter other than my lunch, or to back out

Brawl Minus 3.Q is all Qued up and ready to go!

I don't think anything clanks them when they're in flight. Pretty sure they behave like knocked characters in that case

Brawl Minus 3.Q is all Qued up and ready to go!

Fair enough. I don't think it's quite as bad as you make it out to be, I do agree that their tankiness needs to be toned down a tad, but they really are all that DDD has in his kit. His close up game is pretty abysmal.

Brawl Minus 3.Q is all Qued up and ready to go!

I don't see how that helps? The problem is that they will smack into anyone who isn't DDD when they go flying, regardless of who hit them, so any attack that pulls the target towards you will end up with minion in your face, or even any attack that knocks them away, but they're close enough that...

    Stages of Brawl Minus

Can I put in a vote to completely get rid of or change Final Frustration? That stage actually gives me motion sickness

Brawl Minus 3.Q is all Qued up and ready to go!

I think DDD is pretty fair for the most part, he's a giant target that gets smacked very easily, and is fairly easy to take care of once you get through the army and start hitting him around. My big complaint is that his minions will hurt you even when you hit them. It makes sense that he can...

    Daily Match-up Discussion

vs ZSS She has a lot of stuff that can lead to ridiculous damage combos, and potential 0-deaths, particularly if she gets you into a juggle, so try to DI out as best you can, but it's not easy if your opponent reads you well. That said, she has a lot of weaknesses. Get in close, but just out of...

Anything with a hitbox that goes behind your character (especially grabs): The Canadian Reacharound So named because my friends and I were discussing various fighting game terms with regional influence (east coast DI, mexican jabs, etc). So what used to be The Reacharound got renamed

So I fought a Minus King Dedede

I'm sure you'll get your chance soon. I've a feeling we'll both be frequenting the chat room from now on, now that there's a good way to play online against internet strangers

So I fought a Minus King Dedede

I brought him along. He's been my minus partner ever since I started playing way back in 1.5 or so. He mains DDD, Lucario and Zelda

Brawl Minus 3.Q is all Qued up and ready to go!

I wouldn't say that until Smash 4 comes out and has had time to develop within the community

Brawl Minus 3.Q is all Qued up and ready to go!

Prior to this patch, Link's only grounded normals I ever used were u tilt (combos only), usmash (mainly for snakedashing) and jab. With the speed increase, his other ground options are viable now that they don't get beat out by absolutely everything. As for the 3rd hit of the jab, I actually...

Brawl Minus 3.Q is all Qued up and ready to go!

ZSS/Link main checking in with some early thoughts ZSS: feels extremely gimped. The damage reduction to my combos resulting from the d-smash nerf is huge. The f-smash nerf isn't felt as much as I rarely use it as a kill move, it has too much startup to be reliable outside of a paralyzer combo...
