I've seen it mashed out of before rest could connect at 80%. Considering jiggs can end up dead well before that it seems pretty solid to me

Sing is not a crutch. Despite its size, it's super easy to just block the entire thing or get in the air and dodge the whole move. Not only that, but you get a free hit on jiggs from above which is really bad news for such a light character.

Stages could use tidying up, drop Distant Planet, Mario Bros, and Pictochat. Add in Wario Ware, Lavender Town, and Yoshi's Story (and Fountain of Dreams if you don't already have it)

Sandbagging is when you don't try your hardest intentionally. Lot of people sandbag in friendlies and save their A game for tourney matches. Its a loose definition but thats the jist at least

Yep! Its going to primarily focus on bigfixes, but that's not to say it won't have some exciting stuff in it too.
