I'm not sure if the way an SD card is formatted affects AXNextFrame's performance. I just remembered that the VBI hooktype used to be one of the default hooktypes. It was pretty reliable at that time.

That definitely is odd... After doing some research, VBI apparently works well when AXNextFrame is acting up.

Oright. Please, no more bashing on new Samus. Her gravity gives her great resistance to being combo'd to death. Her new tweaks to her aerials are also great for combos. There are quite a few other great additions in her arsenal, but I'll save those for a thread I'll make for her later.
