For Sheik, my primary use of burst grenade is for forcing someone to shield and grabbing them. I dunno if it's real or not but it seems like I'm grabbing them almost as the explosion is occurring. I often do SH grenade -> dash grab. If they get hit by it, can follow with uair or maybe fair/bair...

There's instructions for doing so on SWF. I can put a link here if you want. The Brawl Minus download will come with Wi-Fi in 4.0, so if you can get Minus and set your Wii up, I think you can play Wi-Fi.

Not exactly a bug, but shouldn't the SDI factor be removed from Flourish? It's how I once got hit by exactly two of the slashes and then punished Ike after the move finished (LOL).

I appreciate the physics of it. You can throw a hitbox or you can throw an enemy! There's also [at least] one hilarious example of this in Melee where Hbox up smashes Ice then throws his teammate Plup into him to hit Ice and knock him to the other side of the stage (look at about 3:15):

If that's what he's talking about, I put my vote in for keeping those. I really like bowling where one enemy is the ball and the other enemy is the pin - gotta pick up those spares. It's a good disruption strategy and it can lead to some amusing moments.
