Rude. There's more to Sprite than the logo maaaaan. Try using the logo only once or twice in the stage, like in the center of the platform. The rest of it can be recolored blue/green. You could also play with changing some of the "wavy" textures of the background to something like bubbles...

You can only customize special moves. Clones usually have physics differences as well as different normals. So you wouldn't be able to truly emulate a clone with Smash 4's customization. Also, it might be the case that clones have different custom specials. If that's the case, then there's even...
