Ledge invincibility is slightly more than a quarter of a second. This leads to characters with slower ledge options to literally be forced to take hits at the ledge as long as their opponent isn't a potato.

Also, if you're trying to edit Jigglypuff to have less than 5 jumps, it's impossible since she can only have multiples as 5 as her total jumps.

I just want to add that momentum retention for the characters' jumps are edited through gecko code. If you want I can edit the gct file and get it to you.

Diddy is really fast so peanut into grab is pretty safe.

I'm gonna eloborate on how these scores were reached and the tiers made. If you look back at the Voting page, each tier was represented by a number. I averaged each vote together and removed the highest and lowest values for each characters so that results weren't skewed by someone randomly...
