Well if you have the newest build, there isnt a specific place in ur computer it "needs" to be. Just start dolphin then select the launcher. Should be the only "game". press A to launch, should be good to go. What problems are you having?

This is a REALLY OLD THREAD. If you have the most recent build (5.0 blah blah, minus 4.0BC), just set the default iso. thats it. PM me with any questions. You dont have to put the build in a certain spot BTW.

Nobody on netplay mains ivysaur, that's the only reason. Ivysaur is very much so on the level of the more popular characters. If you don't believe me, play BC's Ivysaur, and see what you think. There's a lot of untapped characters in Minus. Doesn't mean they aren't just as powerful.

This move needs neither of these improvements. It sets up easily for U-air followups which can lead to kills very easily. I honestly am not sure how it could be easier to hit out of (it's 90 degrees, no random direction). Damage buffs are unnecessary because the followups it gets are plenty...
