USB Drive

I am the proud owner of a brand new 1TB USB drive, and no other pieces of storage. At all. I have 2 partitions, one for WBFS and one for Homebrew apps. My question is this: How can I boot Brawl- into the Brawl on one partition, and how can I boot it from the other one?
Note: I know precious little about hacking. I know how to install a homebrew app, wad, riivolution package, or wbfs. That's about it.

You can format it to FAT32 if the IOS you're using for loading ISOs is d2x. A lot less hassle than separate partitions.

@MegaSaturn99 You misunderstand. The 100GB partition is fat32. I've already set up everything. What I need is to be able to load it at all from USB. And putting the isos in a fat32 partition is out of the question -- they have a 2gb file limit. Brawl is 4.3gb

Use an ISO manager like this one: http://www.wiibackupmanager.co.uk/download/WiiBackupManager_Build78.html to make the ISO Into a wbfs format ROM which will split it into multiple files. I hope this makes sense.
