possible issue with ROB

forgive my copy-posting, not sure where to put this:

so a side-b followed almost immediately by a bair is resulting in instant death for ROB.
he just shoots himself through the side blast line at a speed that sonic would envy.

is this intentional?

is it only happening to me?

what the?

is he upset about zero suit not being maxed?

AFTER FURTHER TESTING:
seems he can survive a shot from one end of the final destination platform to the opposite blast line, but any less than that is pretty well guaranteed self-destruction.

Doubt it is intentional, but was informed last week that it is an old bug since someone who hadn't touched Minus in months (if ever, not sure, but he wasn't a recent player) brought it up and showed it to us.

Its a well known bug, left in intentionally since its awesome.
