List of Guides to Help New Players

Hi guys! Today, I was reading through a guide on project m to donkey kong out of curiosity. The guide, made by strong bad, wasn't really much about donkey kong, but more as a player (interaction, neutral game, and more concepts in his guide which you can see here:http: //smashboards.com/threads/ape-academy-an-in-depth-guide-on-project-m-donkey-kong.335542/).
Now, these concepts are from a high lvl player, and forturnaly, PM has a lot of these players to bless them with superb knowledge with. As I realize this, I picked up an even more revelation to this: the importance this is to such a community.
I think, as a gaming community, each player here must at least understand some of the concepts used in the guide so the judgements for each char, the thought of which stage to use, and overall, a better understanding of smash, will greatly enhance the quality of the game. Fellow members, I present to you, the Smash Knowledge:

Now i don't expect every single player here to read every one of them thoroghly, but what i do hope is to give new players some rope to climb to that higher lvl of play, and for the mid-lvl player to pick up on concepts alien to him. have Fun!

Thanks bent, I appreciate the support. as a matter of fact, I think I will ask people to share general player guides. I think that would be pretty nice.

However, for a topic like that (as my goal was to spread knowledge around here about smash, so the community here can learn more about it, and as a result get better, have a more contructive look at their characters and other characters.), it deserves a more specific topic, like mindset, or something.
EDIT: I think ima use this, changed my mind, it's 2gud

I agree with Baby_Sneak - someone pin this up.

Also, for people intimidated by the number of threads, for starters, just read the one on DI. There is a match that I should've recorded where I literally won only because I knew how to DI a move and the opponent didn't. If I had recorded it and sent it in, I would've asked for it to be titled: "Thor(MK) versus ___ (___): Why DI matters" or something like that.

[Without naming the player, I was fighting someone on Metal Cavern, I used MK uthrow at about 100% when they were at 30%. I held up for my DI and died off the top, but they did not DI and died off the side, and as a result, I won because the off-the-top animation takes so much longer than dying off the sides. If they had held up, they would have died off the top after me, and won because the death animations would take the same time.]

Pinned for you. It's a generally newcomer friendly thread so... I don't see a problem with it.

I feel like that was me. I'm probably wrong.

I may have done it to you, but you were not the opponent I was remembering when I recounted that story.

I also did it to someone where we were at the same percent, but I DI'd and they did not, so I barely [BARELY] survived while they did not. I never got that replay in to Glyph though (one that I did save - new version came out, tech errors getting it to him, just gave up on it).

I think it's very important to point out that in some MU, this game runs at melee speed. If you aren't trying to style then

YOU
ARE
PLAYING
THE
WRONG
GAME

Does anyone have a guide for new WiFi players? Because I cannot seem to set up the custom server for USB Loader with homebrew installed.
