Ivysaur's Giga Drain

I was practicing some Ivysaur combos and I noticed some odd things with her Giga Drain. When Giga Drain hits, Ivysaur will do a release animation which seems to be left over from the grab/pummel is was likely built on. Ivysaur will also turn around after said animation. I would imagine that this was done to prevent combos after Giga Drain, however the turnaround feels like too much. Additionally, it has just enough end lag that your opponent can usually perform a get-up attack to hit you before you can move or attack again. I have not tested this at higher percents, but this has been my experience so far. I would imagine that at least some of this was intentional, but something about it feels off.
