Ivysaur Down B Turbo Mode

Ivysaur causes the game to soft lock (music still plays, pauses screen) whenever he uses his down b in turbo mode.

Do you have a picture showing this bug? If not please do. Im about to test this out and see if it softlock/crashes for myself. Maybe you need to reinstall Brawl Minus or redo the Brawl Minus Installation and put it in your SD Card.
