Installing B- "Hackless P:M" Style

Hello,

Is it possible to install Brawl Minus 4.0bc on the Wii like the "hackless" style in Project M?

-Extract files to SD Card
-Delete Custom Stages in Brawl
-Insert SD Card, Reload Brawl and go to Stage Builder to load

Does this feature still work or will I have to install homebrew to get things working on my Wii?

Yes it still does work because hackless is just a workaround for Gecko to launch. Gecko, or any code reader, is needed to read the cheats. The cheats tell the game what was modified.
