Freeze at character select screen

Hello,
I've played Brawl- on my WiiU before, but suddenly it stopped working, I have no idea what i changed.
I used to play via USB loader GX, but smash bros would launch without loading the codes. So I tried cfg usb loader and I got the codes to load, but when i got to the character select screen I hover over some characters and then it froze on me, I saw multiple Roys aswell (pictured below).
I use a 2gb sd card with the following files/folders in root

Have you tried using the Minimalauncher? That's what I been using and it works great.

Minimalauncher doesn't load from USB, right?
Since I live in europe the only way I can run NSTC is with usb loader

Yeah your right. I see. Well I started searching online for some help. Here's a link http://www.smashmods.com/forum/threads/usb-loader-gx-w-minus-not-running.5514/ . I don't know much about USBloader GX so I might not be much help. I can recommend waiting for someone else to help or using Google your one and only friend.

Set your ocarina hooktype to AXNextFrame.
