Falco Laser's incosistency

Falco's lasers start each match as being his lasers from Brawl, and stay that way throughout most matches. I have played very few in which his lasers switch to how they are intended for Minus. I haven't noticed a specific act that triggers the switch. Definitely something to fix for the final version of 4.0.

This is intentional. You can switch between fast and slow lasers by using Falco's up-taunt.
