running Windows 10, using the 4.0bc (vBrawl Portraits.zip)
UPDATE: Using 3rd party extraction software such as WinRAR or 7-Zip works fine. The issue must be an irregularity either in the boot ELF file itself, or in the default Windows file extractor.
