Custom Stage Builder Stages?

I absolutely love Brawl - and I have some stages that I have build in the stage builder. Is there any way to re-enable the custom stage builder section on the SSS? I am playing the most current version of Brawl - in Dolphin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I play on wii homebrew, if you remove boot.elf and the private folder the stage builder works but you can't play any created stages
