CSS Freeze

I'm having an issue with the Brawl Minus 3.3 build. I just downloaded it and at the character select screen the random space has the Pichu image in its place and when I hover over it or pichu the game freezes. I'm using the configurable usb loader if it makes a difference(though I don't think it does.).

I downloaded it from the post about 3.3 being back again.

make sure to set your hooktype to axnextframe in cfg loader
