Cannot extract contents out of zip file

So, every time I tried to extract the contents out of the Brawl- zip file, it would give me an error and only extract a couple of files. I have tried unzipping the zip file on two computers already (one PC and one Mac), and it also seems every other zip file besides Brawl- works just fine. I have also tried both the Brawl artwork and Minus artwork versions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
