Brawl Minus Local Tournament (KS/MO)

Hey everyone! I'm LeZagna, a TO in the Kansas City MO/KS area, and I'm trying to start a scene for Minus around here. I'm running it as a side event for my weeklies, but I'm not entirely sure how to get people to take it seriously. Any ideas?
