All tiers are in order. B and C tiers were split into 2 due to the fact they were very congested. Tiers were determined by larger gaps in scores between the characters. Splits between B and C are smaller splits than splits between actual tiers. Scores and changes in ranking are shown below.

Snake is way too low, unless he has some hidden flaws I'm missing [can't be shinespiked so his recovery is actually fine, and he's got very potent projectiles alongside ridiculous tilts... and he's heavy, so it's not like he's gonna get kneed at 60 and die].

Surprised MK isn't in the same tier as Fox [and Sonic looks kinda low for that matter too]. Otherwise, looks... fine? I know the devs disagree about where Squirtle is, but I don't know him well enough to move him around.

DK and Ice Climbers are ranked way too low. R.O.B. and Sonic too, to a lesser degree.

Whoever voted DK so low in this poll must not have played against Gold_TSG's DK.
