Is it possible for the devs. team to push Brawl- on wii to a more clearer picture quality, maybe not possible with HDMI. But with component cable YPbPr to scale it to at least 720 p?

No because the Wii will only ever output at 480p. If you want to play Minus in HD, play on Dolphin.
