ROB has seen a lot of changes, mostly nerfs from 3.0 until who knows when. All within reason. Little baby nerfs trying not to hurt the character too much. Not my style, but I try to stay within the realms of the BRs wishes when I do my balancing. That said, I've been wanting a full ROB rebuild where he was more focused on smart use of his projectiles and less being great at everything. What are you guys' thoughts on the character? I hear he's boring and very plain now. Still powerful, but lacking Minus flair.
