Did you merge the Project M/Legacy XP .pac files with Brawl Minus? Cause that will lose the ability to Wavedash, Dash Dance, or any movement. Did you delete the Legacy XP .pac files and inserted Brawl Minus .pac files into the character's directory?

Do you have a picture showing this bug? If not please do. Im about to test this out and see if it softlock/crashes for myself. Maybe you need to reinstall Brawl Minus or redo the Brawl Minus Installation and put it in your SD Card.

Yes it works the same with 4.1 or any version.

Well, it is sort of possible to add characters in this mod. But you need BrawlEx in order to do that. Brawl Zeus has new characters with broken abilities.

This is already a mod unfortunately. The creator is DyllonStej. And it is called Project Minus. Your kinda late posting this
