Puff's big shield interestingly makes it incredibly easy to powershield stuff. So hooray.

I practiced it specifically so I can pull off Evo moment 37 levels of sillyness. If I get the first powershield I can hit the remaining ones 99% of the time, the instances of me missing it being simple human error. Also, can't you powershield Warlock Punch?

TL's definitely is more of a really low horizontal angle but Lucario sends at a Savage semispike angle.

Toon Link and Lucario's bthrows also send downwards but neither of them send at meteor cancelable angles leading to early kills, especially Lucario.

Tbh Pichu being small is a solid game design choice. One of Pichu's defining characteristics is that he's tiny, which means it's important that he be an actually small character. Making him Pikachu-sized kind of negates this and is a pretty big nerf to Pichu. The fact that Pichu is hard to hit...
