I think what happened was the heal on Aether was moved to only occurring in NSM. If it was reverted back to normal with the removal of NSM, then it's fine, but for some reason I seem to recall it vanishing altogether.

One thing to note: Up+B Waft is still incredibly potent, and it can be used WHENEVER you want. I'm not sure why down+B makes crates, but being able to full-charged Waft whenever you want seems extremely Minusy.
