A couple notes from me:
- First, this list looks fine overall.
- I'm a massive proponent of removing Warioware in general unless you're going for a 15+ stagelist [which is fine] because the platforms moving makes some extremely early KOs possible... almost like an automatic X-factor [lead...
Wait, someone claimed Brawl Minus altered other spotdodges [according to Glyph, ROB's is 1-20, ends 25, when in Brawl it was 2-20] so I assumed they buffed Peach's airdodge...
Did they never buff Peach's airdodge? If so, they need to AT LEAST buff it to be like the mediocre/average airdodges...
I agree bombs KO way too early. It makes the Link Peach MU seem almost unwinnable for Peach when upward angled boomerang and zair nearly shut off her float game while nair/fair have amazing hitboxes and bombs KO at lke 100.
I don't know how problematic the actual throw distance is, but it...
The Gandouken isn't a real projectile in 1v1s. It is hilarious in FFA and probably has some niche teams uses [imagine if Ness could absorb it... can he???], but it's not gonna help him get not-camped unless we add some sort of projectile armor to it.
If the move gets a paralyzer, that's...
It doesn't matter who agrees, a moveset revamp isn't gonna happen [aka the dev team doesn't agree].
I think reflector jab would be coo though. They'd need to tone down the IASA slightly though [that is, give it a little more endlag], to put it more in line with something like Mario cape.
I agree that one charge move needs adjusting [unless you're referring to the Mortal Draw, then you can go take your opinion and kindly set it on fire]. As for infinite side+bs, it's hardly overpowered. One possible offender was basically fixed [Sonic] and the others really aren't that ridiculous...
1. Modding is not technically illegal, it's just not sanctioned. They could choose to crack down and try to get a C&D, but that involves legal stuff they'd rather not deal with, from a PR and probably fiscal standpoint [they don't really stand to gain any reward from it]. If someone can point me...
It feels large relative to the blastzone size if that makes sense. I think if it had Melee Dreamland blastzones it'd be perfectly fine tbh, but as it stands it feels weird when Lucario can KO you at like 25% from a max aura command grab [or could earlier].
I am a fan of larger lists usually...
I don't know if Warioware always generates absurdly early KOs, but the stage feels small and has small blastzones. I've lived a while on it, but if you've ever seen a Melee Marth net a KO at 10% because of bad DI on a tipper, that sort of thing happens on this stage too sometimes. You'll also...
The cannon is the best part of that stage D : I miss it.
For the sake of argument, I will post the stagelist Minnesota will be using the following stage list for Brawl Minus 4.0b, at least for now:
Starters: Final Destination, Pokémon Stadium 2, Smashville, Battlefield, Fountain of Dreams...
This is super duper annoying, especially with how freaking strong the actual usmash is.
She literally precludes other characters from grabbing ledge with her aerial down+b, basically ever lol. And it very high damage output, so you get a ton of reward every time you do a down+B at the ledge...
Dtilts are actually usually amazing - low lag, decent speed, good range, and/or a combo starter.
Pikachu, Meta Knight, Ganondorf, Diddy Kong, Falco, Fox, Ike, Kirby, Marth, and more all have great dtilts [and I can go on if you want].
I'm more hyped to see characters cut from Brawl [Roy Pichu Mewtwo], but I suppose I'm an exception.
Waluigi is also not the last character to be added. If that means Mewtwo, Raichu, or someone else... he might not be the last entirely new character, but for those of us who aren't in the...
