Adding More Characters in 4.1

Is it possible for me to take mods from brawl vault and add them into minus 4.1? I have used brawlex before with vbrawl. Is it any different?

Well, it is sort of possible to add characters in this mod. But you need BrawlEx in order to do that. Brawl Zeus has new characters with broken abilities.
