4.0BC wont work on USB Loader GX?

I really wanted the mod, so I downloaded it, put it on my 8GB SD card
My hooktype was set to AXNextFrame and had activated Ocarina,
When I booted the game it just loaded up ordinary Brawl.

I am using a NTSC-U wbfs file.
I can run Project M and Smash Infinite
EDIT: I have a PAL Wii, if that changes anything

Never mind, I got it working...
But not the original Minus
some guy made this obscure version of Minus that included Brawl EX and Metal Sonic
The filesystem is different on that version so it worked
EDIT: Captain Falcon (and a character whos name I forgot) crash the game when chosen on the character select
